Non-Refundable Services

  • Any service that has been delayed due to client non-responsiveness or lack of necessary assets.

Project Cancellation by Client

  • If you choose to cancel a project within 30 days:
  • A refund (full or partial) will be issued based on the percentage of work completed.
  • A minimum 25% administrative fee may be applied to cover onboarding, planning, and communication time.
