If a cancellation request is submitted before any project work has started, setup has been completed, or resources have been allocated, the client may be eligible for a refund according to our Refund Policy.
Once work has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on:
Completed project milestones
Hours or resources already invested
Third-party costs (if applicable)
Delivered work, files, or services
Any refund amount, if applicable, will be adjusted based on the value of completed work.
The following services may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once initiated:
Custom software development
Website development after design/development work begins
Branding and creative design services
Digital marketing campaigns already launched
SEO services after strategy, optimization, or reporting work has started
Custom AI and OpenAI-based solutions after development begins
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, approvals, and feedback required to complete projects.
Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, or lack of communication from the client do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
Due to the nature of digital services, delivered files, completed work, source files, software, designs, or digital assets cannot be returned once provided to the client.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed according to our Refund Policy and returned through the original payment method.
